We know that at times writing involves sharing personal information. We invite you to share whatever content is relevant to your project. We also want you to be aware of our reporting obligations, so you can make informed decisions about what you share. As OSU employees, Writing Center staff are Mandatory Reporters and are required to report suspected child abuse or neglect to the Department of Human Services or law enforcement, as well as OSU’s Office of Equal Opportunity and Access.

Writing Center professional staff are also Responsible Employees and are required to report allegations of sexual misconduct and discrimination.
